Nikki Stratton is a dedicated advocate for preserving the legacy of Pearl Harbor, drawing from her deep personal connection as the youngest granddaughter of USS Arizona survivor Donald G. Stratton. She proudly serves as the Sponsor of the future USS Arizona submarine, a role that allows her to honor her grandfather’s memory and ensure the bravery of the men who served aboard the USS Arizona BB39 is never forgotten.

Nikki’s keynote speaking engagements are known for their heartfelt and powerful storytelling, where she shares her family’s history of heroism during the attack on Pearl Harbor. Notable among these was her keynote speech at the 76th Anniversary of Pearl Harbor in 2017, where she helped posthumously honor Joseph L. George with the Bronze Star for saving her grandfather and five other men on December 7, 1941.

As a sought-after speaker, Nikki has captivated audiences at national remembrance events, military ceremonies, and historical commemorations, where her themes of legacy, courage, and resilience resonate deeply. In December 2024, Nikki will deliver a keynote address at the 83rd Anniversary of Pearl Harbor, continuing her mission to ensure future generations never forget the sacrifices made during that pivotal moment in history.

Beyond her speaking roles, Nikki serves as Director of Strategy for a MarTech company, where her leadership and passion extend to her professional life. She enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with her husband, Mike, and their dog, Athena, as well as her nieces and nephews. Through her work and dedication, Nikki continues to inspire and educate audiences on the enduring importance of remembrance, family, and national service.
